Office 365 is taking over the world! The number of users is likely to surpass the 100 million mark this year. Not surprisingly, Microsoft are keeping up the pressure to gain customers, by adding more apps into the Office 365 portfolio.
If you’re an Office 365 user, or are considering making the move, here is some information about the new apps that Microsoft are offering to everyone with a Business Premium Licence.
Email campaigns with Microsoft Connections
This easy-to-use App is similar to Mailchimp. You can use it to send mailshots and newsletters, track emails opened, links clicked and even get suggestions on how to improve the success of your campaigns. It comes with an IOS or Android app, so you can work on-the-move. It means you can use your own email address without crashing the server or being flagged up as spam.
Put your business on the map with Microsoft Listings
This App helps you to build and monitor your online presence. Microsoft Listings makes it easier for people to find you, read your reviews, learn about your business, and more. You do this by publishing your business listing to Facebook, Bing, Yelp and Google, then you can monitor your presence via the Microsoft Listings Dashboard. In today’s digital world, this is a really useful App.
Get your finances in order with Microsoft Invoicing
Another tool aimed at making business easier for smaller organisations. This tool lets you create and track invoices and it can be integrated with PayPal and QuickBooks for added functionality. You can access it via the web and also with Android or iOS Apps.
Driving your Office 365 efficiently with Microsoft Business Center
This is a web-based, unified dashboard for the newly added apps – giving you one place to see a summary of outstanding invoices, how your email campaigns are doing, your visibility and presence online and more. This lets you take a quick look and see where your attention needs to be focused at a glance.
These are all part of the MS365 portfolio – and there are more to come.
Tracking your mileage with MileIQ
Microsoft purchased MileIQ in 2015 and it will shortly be available as another App in Office 365 Business Premium. The iOS/Android App is used to log your mileage so, if you’re using a personal car for business purposes, which most people do these days to avoid paying too much personal tax, it makes preparing your expenses claim much easier.
You don’t know what you don’t know – and many small business owners pay subscriptions for services like these. If you already subscribe to MS365 you could save more than your subscription just by using these Apps – which is good news for your bottom lines!
