Part-time Admin & Marketing Assistant Required
Location – Just outside Witham, Essex.
5 hours per day, 5 days per week.
We are a small but growing IT company based just outside Witham, in Essex – and covering from Ipswich to Romford along the A12 corridor and out to Southend.
We are looking for a part-time admin and marketing assistant.
Duties will include:
- Answering the phone and dealing with client, supplier and other enquiries
- Managing the diaries of the engineers and Director
- Organising meetings and preparing paperwork
- Assisting with book-keeping, invoicing clients and banking
- Bank reconciliation
- Compiling reports on company data
- Assisting with Social media, including Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Compiling and sending out email campaigns and other marketing duties
It is expected that the candidate will be experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and familiar with popular social media platforms.
Salary commensurate with knowledge and experience.
